How do I return an item?

All returned items are subject to inspection and approval by PSBJJA Management before any refund is considered. Items may be returned if they are in NEW condition, have not been worn or used and are in their original packaging. Partial and/or Full refunds are not guaranteed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs to return an item are the customer's responsibility. PSBJJA Customer Service must be notified by email ( prior to sending any items for possible refund. Include your full name and order number on any communications. Please contact PSBJJA Customer Service with any further questions.
